About the Role:
Join our growing telehealth team as a Physical Therapist providing virtual consultations, assessments, and follow-up care. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality care and documentation using the Athena EMR system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
- Develop personalized care plans and document progress in Athena EMR
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
- Collaborate with referring providers and care coordinators
- Communicate with patients as needed via secure virtual platforms
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Athena EMR

Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in at least one U.S. state
- Prior experience in telehealth or outpatient settings preferred
- Experience with Athena EMR preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
- Availability to work at least some Saturdays is required; candidates unable to work Saturdays will be de-prioritized

About the Role:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll deliver high-quality virtual care to diverse patients. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent care and documentation using the Athena EMR system.
This position reports directly to the Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient visits for acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Document all encounters in Athena EMR accurately
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Respond to patient inquiries via secure virtual platforms
- Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in all documentation

Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in U.S. states where NPs are allowed to practice autonomously
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or telemedicine preferred
- Experience with Athena EMR preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth technology
- Ability to work remotely and manage time independently
- Availability to work at least some Saturdays is required; candidates unable to work Saturdays will be de-prioritized

About the Role:
As a Telemedicine Physician, you will provide virtual consults and follow-up care to patients nationwide. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality care and documentation using the Athena EMR system. You will collaborate with other providers and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
Supervision of nurse practitioners is NOT required in this role.
This position reports directly to the Medical Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up visits for acute and chronic illnesses
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of patient conditions
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other providers as clinical colleagues (without supervisory responsibility)
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in Athena EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care

Qualifications:
- MD or DO, board certified in a relevant specialty
- Active medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred)
- Experience in telemedicine or virtual care strongly preferred
- Experience with Athena EMR preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Comfortable using telehealth technology
- Ability to work remotely and manage time independently
- Availability to work at least some Saturdays is required; candidates unable to work Saturdays will be de-prioritized
